Aviation Online Ltd "No Hassle" Refund Policy While we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your Cabincrewdirect e-learning product, we know there can arise valid reasons to cancel a purchase. To put your mind at ease, we have implemented a No-Hassle Refund Policy: 1. We encourage you to notify us immediately if you are dissatisfied for any reason with products at any time. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction and will attempt at our best ability to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. 2. All our online courses, purchased on a non-contract basis are refundable prior to the completion of the first module. There is no refund after the test of the first module has been started. Only one refund will be granted to an individual customer in a calendar year. This policy does not apply to contract-based sales. 3. All refunds must be initiated within 7 days. After 7 days, clients will be deemed satisfied with their course. Refunds will only be actioned after 7 days in extraordinary circumstances. 4. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send us a note as to why you were not satisfied and request a refund or a credit via email to enquiries@cabincrewdirect.co.uk and you will be quickly issued a refund via electronic transaction or company cheque, in whichever method you paid. Cash is never issued as a refund. A 20% handling fee is charged on any refunds.
